Quick answer: Go to cloud2y.com, click Login, and enter your email and password. The Client Area is where you manage servers, pay invoices, open tickets and update your account.
Overview
The Cloud2Y Client Area is your billing and management portal. From it you control every service and handle everything account-related in one place.
Before you start
- Your registered email address and password.
- Access to that email (for password resets and 2FA, if enabled).
Step-by-step guide
- Go to cloud2y.com and click Login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Login.
Inside you'll find: My Services (manage each server — status, hostname, IP, login, power & KVM, upgrades), Invoices/Billing, Support Tickets, Domains and Account.
Common issues
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password? on the login page — see how to reset it.
- Wrong password repeatedly? Check Caps Lock and that you're using your Client Area (not server) password.
- Can't find your server login? It's on the service's page in My Services, not the Client Area login.
When to contact support
If you can't log in after resetting your password, or you've lost access to your account email, open a support ticket — we can verify your identity and help restore access.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Client Area the same as my server login?
No. The Client Area at cloud2y.com is the billing and management portal, while your server has its own SSH or RDP login — those credentials are shown on the service page in My Services.
What can I do in the Client Area?
In the Client Area you can manage your servers, pay and download invoices, open support tickets, manage domains, set reverse DNS and update your account and billing details.
