After you pay, your service moves from Pending to Active as it's provisioned. The Client Area always shows the current status and, once ready, all the details you need to connect.

- Log in and open My Services.
- Find your service and read its status.
- Open the service to see its hostname, IP addresses and login details once it's Active.
What each status means: Pending — payment received, awaiting setup; Active — ready to use; Suspended — paused (usually an overdue invoice); Terminated — ended after a long overdue period.
Common issues
- Still Pending after payment? Some methods take time to confirm and dedicated servers may need manual setup — see deployment times.
- Suspended? Pay the outstanding invoice; access is usually restored automatically.
- Can't see login details? They appear only once the service is Active.
