Step-by-step guide

1. Log in and open the order page (Store).
2. Choose a product group — VPS, VDS or Dedicated Server.
3. Pick a plan and set the configurable options: OS, location, control panel (No panel / cPanel / Control Web Panel), disk & RAID, RAM, bandwidth, extra IPv4 and DDoS protection.
4. Select a billing cycle — longer cycles discount the base plan price.
5. Review the Order Summary, choose a payment method and complete payment.

Common issues

• Order stuck as Pending? Payment may still be confirming — see how to check service status.
• Not sure which OS? Choose a familiar Linux distro (Ubuntu/Debian) or Windows Server; you can reinstall later.

Yes. Open the service in your Client Area and use Upgrade/Downgrade or change its configurable options — CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth and extra IPv4 can be adjusted at any time.

How soon is my server ready?

A VPS or VDS is provisioned automatically and is usually ready within 30 minutes of confirmed payment. Dedicated servers are typically ready within 24 hours, depending on configuration.
