Quick answer: Your VPS management panel is the service page in the Cloud2Y Client Area: log in at cloud2y.com, open My Services and click your VPS. From there you see the server status, IP addresses and login details, power controls (reboot/stop/start), the KVM Console and upgrade options.
Overview
Don't confuse two different panels: the Client Area service page (billing-side management of the VPS itself — power, reinstall, upgrades) and a hosting control panel like cPanel or Control Web Panel that may run inside your server to manage websites. This article is about the first one — every Cloud2Y VPS, VDS (SSD VPS, NVMe VPS, Storage VPS, Power VPS) has it, no matter which OS or software you run.
Before you start
- Your Client Area login (email + password).
- An Active service — a VPS still shown as Pending has no management page details yet (see how to check service status).
Step-by-step guide
- Log in at cloud2y.com.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Click your VPS/VDS to open the service page.
- From the service page you can: view hostname, dedicated IP and assigned IPs, see the root/Administrator login, use power controls (reboot, stop, start), open the KVM Console (screen access that works even when SSH doesn't), reinstall the OS and upgrade resources.
Common issues
- No login details shown? The service may still be provisioning — details appear when it turns Active.
- Looking for cPanel? A hosting control panel is separate software on the server itself; the service page only manages the VPS. If you ordered a panel option, its URL and login are in your welcome email.
- An option (reinstall, password reset) isn't visible? Available controls can vary by plan — if a button isn't shown on your service page, open a ticket and we'll do it for you.
When to contact support
If the service page shows wrong details, a control returns an error, or you need an action that has no button on your plan, open a support ticket with the service hostname or IP.
Frequently asked questions
Is the VPS management panel the same as cPanel?
No. The Client Area service page manages the VPS itself (power, reinstall, upgrades); cPanel or Control Web Panel is optional software inside the server for managing websites.
Where do I find my server IP and root password?
Both are shown on the service page in the Cloud2Y Client Area: log in at cloud2y.com, open My Services, click your VPS, and the dedicated IP and root login details are listed there.
What is the KVM Console?
Direct screen-and-keyboard access to your server from the browser. It works even when SSH or networking inside the OS is broken.
