Quick answer: Cloud2Y services renew by paying the renewal invoice that is generated automatically before the due date. Pay it from Billing → My Invoices — or enable automatic renewal so a saved card or account credit pays it for you.
Overview
Each service (SSD VPS, NVMe VPS, Storage VPS, Power VPS, VDS or dedicated server) has a due date based on its billing cycle. Before that date WHMCS issues a renewal invoice and emails it to you. As long as the invoice is paid by the due date, the service continues without any interruption — nothing else is required.
Before you start
- Check the service due date under My Services.
- A working payment method.
- Make sure billing emails from Cloud2Y are not landing in spam.
Step-by-step guide
- Wait for the renewal invoice (sent in advance of the due date) or open Billing → My Invoices.
- Open the unpaid renewal invoice.
- Pay it by card, Apple Pay / Google Pay or USDT.
- Confirm the invoice is marked Paid — the service due date moves forward by one billing cycle.
Common issues
- Missed the due date? The service may be suspended — paying the invoice restores it, usually automatically.
- No renewal invoice received? Check spam and your account email, then look under Billing → My Invoices — the invoice is always there.
- Want to renew for longer? Change the billing cycle — longer cycles discount the base plan price.
When to contact support
If a paid renewal did not extend the due date, or a service was suspended even though the invoice was paid, open a support ticket with the service and invoice numbers.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to do anything besides paying the invoice?
No — paying the renewal invoice before its due date is all that is required. The due date moves forward by one billing cycle and the server keeps running without interruption.
When is the renewal invoice generated?
The renewal invoice is issued in advance of the service due date; it is emailed to your account address and is always available under Billing → My Invoices in the Client Area.
What if I pay after the due date?
The service may already be suspended, but paying the overdue invoice normally restores it automatically within minutes of payment confirmation, with your data fully preserved.
